Description: The Engine Crew Clinic is a premier hybrid HOT training program designed to elevate engine company performance through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on evolutions. Led by respected industry leaders including Ray McCormack, Mike Alt, Kevin Pfluger, and David Quick, the clinic delivers practical, experience-driven insights. The curriculum focuses on the critical roles of the nozzleman, back-up firefighter, and line boss, emphasizing coordination, leadership, and execution under fireground conditions. Designed for modern engine companies, the program develops disciplined, high-performing crews capable of operating with precision, efficiency, and accountability.
